We believe the best family ministry is when we can create experiences and opportunities for parents and kids to worship God, learn and grow together. But we also know that young people need spaces just for themselves. Safe spaces where they are free to question, to listen, to discover who they are, who Jesus is and what that means for their everyday teenage and pre-teen life. Our Middle School and High School Ministries are designed to be that space.
At L.O.L we encourage our 5th - 8th graders to Live Out Loud. Through conversations around relevant topics or the current sermon series, and hands on activities, we teach and support our students as they grow in their relationship with Jesus. The group meets every 2nd Sunday at 11:30 a.m. after service. The high school years can be the best of times...and the worst of times. At FFC our goal is to walk with our students as they continue to discover who they are in Jesus and how that relationship can impact every area of their lives, both now and in the future. The group meets twice a month to explore how the current sermon series relates to their lives and challenges, as well as other relevant topics. Quarterly the group finds a fun event or activity to do, as well as serve together in and outside the church. Monthly meet-ups are every 2nd and 4th Sunday at 11:30 a.m. in the Upper Carriage House.
